If you want to gain a lot of weight, then you should go to the gym just a little bit more, and that may help you to lose the weight you want. If you want to lose weight and still feel great, then you should go to the gym again, and that can help you to gain it back.
Well, what do you want to achieve if you want to gain weight? If you want to get rid of all that fat you’ve got, then you need to go to the gym and burn some calories. If you want to gain muscle, then you need to go to the gym and lift weights. You can’t just do neither of those things and expect to lose weight.
