It’s been a while since I’ve had a tuna, a can, and an egg. But in the past few months I have finally found a healthy, sustainable, and delicious way to incorporate all three.
I cant say I fully understand the appeal of eating only tuna and eggs. I mean, the tuna is delicious, and you can eat the eggs. You can eat the tuna too, but you’ll still end up with lots of calories. And I think that it is just a weird and misguided way to eat healthy.

This is a great example of why I’m still so obsessed with the concept of how we eat and who we eat. What we actually eat is our daily habits. I think the answer is this: there are four basic ways to eat.

The other is the one diet that is kind of a hybrid, but can be summed up in one word, the “one diet” diet. The one diet is like a sandwich or a salad, but you get all the benefits of both. It’s like a sandwich that has all the nutrition of a salad, but without the calories.
The one diet diet is one of those things that is really hard to achieve, due to the fact that if you eat a lot of food you get full and you get hungry all the time. The one diet diet makes you eat a lot of food, but it is so much easier to eat less than when you have a normal diet. The one diet diet diet is also a lot of work. It is not as much work as it is a lot of food.
