I love eating frozen meals because for me, they’re just one of those things that I have to take care of every single day. I’m not sure a lot of people realize that frozen meals are the same as dried beans. I know it’s not always the case, but it is so true in this day and age that frozen dinners are actually the same as dried beans. I really really like the fact that it isn’t just a generic meal that you can throw together and expect to be good.

For vegetarians I have to say that the freezer food that I make has been surprisingly successful. I have made it the longest I have made it, and it is still delicious. Also, as I mentioned in the blog post, I am a vegetarian. I make a vegan version of this delicious recipe, which is also vegan. The only difference is I am replacing the chicken with tofu.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. A lot of people have come to expect the meat-eating aspect of dietetics to be so much more important to their happiness. But I think it is more important to see a healthy, meat-eating diet before you eat meat. I hope that you see a vegan-happy face, and you can find some recipes that do not focus on the meat-eating aspect of dietetics.
I have never been a fan of going vegan. I am, however, a big fan of frozen foods. While I do not follow the whole vegan diet (because I do not follow the whole vegan lifestyle), I am not a vegetarian. In fact, I have been a vegetarian, and still eat the occasional meat-based meal. But I have come to realize that a vegan diet is not the same as a vegetarian diet.
