I’ve always had a hard time explaining how ketosis works to the average person. It’s like they’ve never heard the term before. It’s the process of storing carbohydrates in our body. They say it happens when we get fat, but they don’t know exactly when it happens.

A lot of people have trouble with the fact that the body breaks down certain food items more quickly than normal, but that doesnt mean that we cant eat foods that are good for us. Ketosis has become more of a trend, a lifestyle option, rather than a medical condition.

A lot of people think that ketosis exists by itself, but it doesn\’t. Its very possible that there are some things that have caused ketosis to be a disease, but that just means that its not something that’s really causing ketosis.

The thing is, there are numerous diseases that dont cause ketosis, and there are numerous medical conditions that do cause ketosis, but not all of them. There are a lot of things that give off ketones, but not all of them. So its possible that you might have a disease that causes ketosis, but not know it.

Its a different issue though, because the ketones that people get from eating certain foods may have some link to the disease. Some of the most common ones are the fats in meats, sugars, and carbohydrates. This includes things like processed carbs, sugars, and sugars from the latest fad diet foods.

If you are keto eating, you are probably not even aware you are doing it. Most people who are on keto are doing it for health reasons. However, some people are taking it for another reason. If you are not taking your medication and are not following the keto diet, you are in ketosis.
