This is the fifth day of week 5 of the W5F. Over the next week, we will be focusing on self-awareness, finding our own “fountain of gold”, and what it means to have a higher level of consciousness while fasting.

We’re not talking just about fasting, but also about self-awareness. This is the first day of an 18-day fast. This means that you are fasting from all material things, but the day is not over. For example, the food you eat and the water you drink are limited to the first six days. You’ll still have to wear a T-shirt and a pair of shorts, but you won’t be allowed to wear a suit and tie.

The 18 days are based on a time frame that comes off from the Bible that says one day is equal to a day and two days are equal to a week. So, the first day you can go around eating, drinking, smoking, and any other type of material pleasures and youll be good to go, but if you do, youll still be eating, drinking, smoking, and any other type of material pleasure for one day.

This time frame only includes the first six days, and the rest are based on a time frame that comes off from the Bible that says one day is equal to a week and two days are equal to a week. So, the first day you can go around eating, drinking, smoking, and any other material pleasures and youll be good to go, but if you do, youll still be eating, drinking, smoking, and any other material pleasure for one day.

So if you’re an avid reader, you know that I don’t always write about fasting. It’s been a long time and it’s not often I write about fasting that long. But I decided to revisit this topic after reading on the subject of fasting while I’ve been busy with my job. I’ve been thinking about this topic a lot lately because I have to be on a diet and I am not doing the best job of it.

Fasting is just one of those things that can feel like a burden to those who are on a strict diet. It’s especially true for people who are on a strict diet who are looking to put some distance between them and their appetites. You have to remember that all of our food and drink is different than a person who has a diet. Also, if you eat and drink too much, your body will tell you to go to the bathroom.

In this case the people who are fasting for the 5 day are not trying to put a distance between themselves and their appetites. Their goal is to put some distance between themselves and their bodies, which is the first step in losing weight. So when I say “go to the bathroom” I’m not just referring to a restroom, I’m actually not referring to the small, hard-to-reach “hole” in your ass.

This is a common belief, but it’s not true. A person’s ability to eat and drink is not determined by the amount of food and drink he consumes. This is because the amount of water your body holds depends on the amount of food you consume. When a person has a low-carb diet he can drink a lot of water. If you have a low-carb diet, then your body will be able to hold more water, without having to empty out more.

The low-carb diet is not a diet. It is an approach to reducing the amount of calories taken in. The amount of water you need to hold depends on the amount of water your body is capable of holding when you consume carbohydrates. When you are low-carb, there is less water you can hold.
