When I first started my fitness journey, I went on a strict diet to lose weight, and while I lost some weight, I was unhappy with it. You can do anything you want, but not if you’re addicted. It’s like drug addiction, where once you get addicted to something, it’s so difficult to stop. So, what are you going to do when you’re addicted to something? You know, get high.
