I am so confused with the Mediterranean diet. There is a lot of info out there about it, but I still dont get how it works. It seems like there is some sort of a magic number or goal I need to achieve in order to be healthy, but I dont know what it is. This is why I came up with a new approach to my own diet, which will be a little more practical.
