This blog is my attempt to try and explain the lacto vegetarian lifestyle in the simplest way possible. I think that’s important to stress because people who are lacto vegetarians don’t eat anything that is animal products. For example, the lacto vegetarian diet doesn’t have any eggs, dairy, or meat. But instead focuses on dairy products, eggs, and meat.
I don’t know if you have the proper knowledge when it comes to diets, but you can certainly eat a whole meal with a plant-based diet. The goal is to eat a plant-based diet and then have a whole meal. If you can’t do that, and you’re a vegetarian and you don’t want to eat dairy or meat you could eat some vegetarian, and you could eat dairy and meat.
The lacto vegetarian diet might not be a perfect plan for everyone, but it does have a few advantages. First, it’s a whole meal, so it’s more filling and therefore more satisfying. Secondly, it’s a whole food strategy which means that you can eat some meat at the end and have something that will work as a dinner. Thirdly, you can eat something that you wouldnt normally eat, like a brownie or some ice cream.
Its not all that hard to make lacto vegetarian recipes, especially if you can make them vegan. The key is to find foods that are a little more difficult or exotic to digest, and then to make sure that you have some kind of food processor (or blender) handy in order to blend things into a smooth, creamy, dairy-free consistency.

With our new game it’s no longer possible to play as a lacto-vegetarian or vegan. But it is possible to play as a vegetarian with a little bit of meat in it. It’s just not as easy as it was before.
