At this point, I have two bottles of this drink mix, one for me and one for my dog. I’ve been using it on my regular food for the last month, and I love it. I feel full on it and I don’t feel hungry.

At first I thought this was an oxymoron, that I had been consuming keto-friendly foods for so long that I was completely out of keto, but when I tested it, I saw that I was really getting my blood sugar up. In fact, this is the exact combination that I have been doing for the last several months to keep my blood sugar down, and Ive managed to go for a whopping 14 weeks without consuming any form of sugar.

I can’t say that I was quite eating like this for the last several months though. I think I was eating a lot of carbs (and I’m doing better now) and I was still feeling a bit full.

I’ll be honest, the ketogenic diet has been a bit tricky to stick to. I started it because I was running a marathon, and I really thought I could be doing this forever. I got to the point where I was so hungry that I couldnt even finish the race without eating something. I just cant give up carbs and sugars forever. Sometimes, I feel like I should, but I just cant.

I also have a bit of an issue with it. Its very easy to eat way too much fruit and vegetables. And since I eat a ton of protein, I tend to get bloated and feel light headed. I also hate feeling like I’m not eating enough.

So you should definitely keep a bit of a fruit or vegetable in your diet, but you don’t want to eat so much that you feel stuffed. And you don’t want to get fat, because that makes you feel like you’re not eating enough. But you should not feel bad about eating less, because you have no control over your body’s response to the amount of food you eat.
