This is my second keto cleanse in as many weeks. I actually feel like this is the longest I’ve been without a full-blown keto cleanse in nearly two decades. I also like that the first cleanse was kind of a cheat and not really a cleanse in the sense that I was actually eating a clean diet but was only cleansing my gut.

I have a friend who has had a cleanse for two weeks before and I thought he was a bit weirded out by it but this time I think he may have been more surprised by the cleanse and the way it was being done. I mean, after all, this is more of the same that I’m doing, but I don’t think he was really expecting me to be doing this whole, “oh, that could be dangerous” thing.

This is keto cleanse in a sense. It is not a “cleanse” in the sense that it doesn’t mean to be eating low-carb, or eliminating sugars, or whatever, but it is meant to be eating the most natural foods that you can find.

I know, this is kind of weird. I mean, keto diets generally don’t mean to be eating the most natural foods. They mean to be eating the least unnatural foods and the most natural foods you can find. This is the opposite. And while keto is not a cleanse, it is a great way to get away with doing things you weren’t really supposed to be doing, and even to be doing things you werent really supposed to be doing.

But as I said in my previous post, I’m going to leave you with a couple of ideas.

First, just so you know, a ketogenic diet is simply doing a lot of low-glycemic carbs like whole grains, dairy (and other lactose-free options), and vegetables. If you do not like the idea of eating so much sugar and so much fat, you can avoid the carbs by limiting or avoiding gluten (wheat, barley, rye, or spelt). Second, if you have a tendency to go keto you can do a cleanse.

The keto diet is basically a low carb diet, but with some added protein. It is the process of fasting for a short period of time and then eating keto compliant foods (like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains) and reducing the amount of fat in your diet. The ketogenic cleanse has been proven to lower overall blood sugar and cholesterol in both research studies and clinical trials. The keto diet is very effective tool used to treat and prevent diabetes, but some people like the taste of carbs for some reason. This is especially true for children, but even adults can have their sense of taste go out the window if they are on a keto diet. For those people, there is a more gentle cleanse that may be better for them.

Blood sugar and cholesterol are both very important in blood sugar control, so it’s very important to have a good weight loss program.

The only thing I can think of is that the keto diet is pretty much the only health-based diet that has been tried for years. It’s basically a huge pill every day that has been used for several years by many people to lose weight, but I’d rather see it as an alternative for those who don’t want to eat the stuff.
