Coffee is not good for us. Coffee is bad for us. We can learn to love and appreciate coffee, but the truth is that we will never know what coffee tastes like until we drink it. Coffee is a stimulant, and in a sense, we are all a bunch of addicts.

I don’t mean to be an alarmist, but I don’t see anyone in the world ingesting coffee regularly. If you do, though, you’re doing it wrong. Coffee contains a chemical called caffeine. Caffeine creates a positive state of arousal and an increase in heart rate. This can lead to a spike in blood pressure and the feeling of a bit of gallbladder-related pain.

Coffee consumption is a common mistake, but not a very common one. The good news is that you probably shouldn’t be drinking coffee on a regular basis. Because caffeine has a high addictive potential, you may want to limit yourself to just one or two cups a day.

Caffeine can also trigger a high blood pressure spike, so the next time you see someone who looks like they have a high blood pressure, pay attention. Coffee may be a little worse for it, because coffee drinkers tend to get that jolt when they drink it that makes the blood swell up and hurt.

That’s why I like to drink decaf espresso whenever I get the urge to get a caffeine hit. Or actually, if I’m on a mission and I’m craving a strong caffeine rush, I might like to have a decaf shot. I don’t know exactly what’s happening but the caffeine and the decaf together are doing a pretty good job of making me feel like I’m on fire.

As I can see it’s a lot better, much better, and much better than coffee.

But like I say, I dont know for sure. But the fact is, all the good stuff is coming from decaf. Coffee is still pretty bad for your gallbladder.
