When it comes to the health of our diets, there’s so much left to say. We may want to believe there are good reasons to eat chicken, but there are so many reasons to think the opposite. I’ll talk about one of the most common ones.

Eating fish, especially tuna, is good for your liver because eating fried or grilled fish is rich in protein, which is bad for your liver. To see the most dramatic examples of this theory, check out this documentary about the effects of radiation on the liver, the most common organ in the body.

We’re talking about chicken. The most common reason to eat chicken is to feel good about our immune system. When we’re not eating fat and fat-free, we’re eating chicken. But when we’re eating fat and fat-free, we’re eating chicken.

Fish, tuna, and other fish are great for health and weight loss. We all know that fish are a great source of protein and fat, but that’s not the point of this book. If you want to lose weight, eat fish, and then watch the film about it. I’m not sure there’s any way you can make tuna into meat.

In fact, I think many of us would argue that the most important thing you can do for your health is to eat fish, but we know that you can make tuna meat from eggs.

So, eat healthy, eat fat-free, eat chicken, but don’t eat the chicken. If you want to lose weight and look fit, eat chicken. If you want to keep your body healthy, eat fish, but don’t eat the fish.

If you’re not sure what you’re eating, you can either eat some meat or some cheese on your way out. I know this because I’ve recently been in a movie where I’m telling a bunch of guys in a bar who are trying to make them feel good about themselves. As far as the movie goes, I can’t remember a movie like that, but I think in some sense it was a movie about being bored and starving.
