I believe that “cereal” is an unfortunate misnomer in this context. Cereal is not a meal. It is a snack, and a breakfast or lunch or dinner one. In fact, I don’t think there’s any food that really qualifies as a “meal.” We eat a lot of food at the beginning of the day and then at the end of the day as well.

I think cereal is a meal for two reasons. One, because it is a meal. And two, it is a snack.

The word “meal” is a word used by the ancient Egyptians for food. The Egyptians apparently believed that food was a meal. If you think about it, if I had a choice of going to an Egyptionian palace or to a human pyramid, which would I choose? There is no difference. I might choose it because I have a better chance of getting a good meal, but as a matter of fact, I might choose it because it is a better snack.

I think that our primary purpose as humans is to stuff ourselves, and the food that we eat can be used in many different ways. When I eat a bowl of cereal I am fulfilling a fundamental need of the body: to find a way to fill itself.

There is no reason for us to limit ourselves to eating an apple, banana, or orange. As we age, we find that our needs change, but for the most part, the body does not. I like to think of the apple as a way for me to fill my body with energy and nutrients so that it can grow and develop and help me grow into a person I want to be.

I am so thankful that the food we eat is a way for us to fill our bodies with energy and nutrients. I am so thankful that my body and my brain are able to find ways to make this work for me. And I am so thankful that it is a fundamental need of the body in a way that is not possible in a limited, chemical-based diet.

A good way to think about the relationship between food, our bodies, and self-awareness is that we are the bodies of the people we are eating. We are not our food. We are not our food. We are our bodies. And if we are not self-aware about this, then we are not living out our full potential.

The most important thing about self-awareness is that it is not some sort of “other”. It isn’t something that we learn or discover on our own. It is something that we have to consciously put into practice. Most of us probably don’t even consciously know that we are aware or have a desire to be self-aware. But we absolutely need to start practicing it.

I will say this, self-awareness is not something that is easy to figure out or even understand. There are a lot of things we will never have a direct explanation for. Its not like we just woke up or some sort of miracle happens and we suddenly start to understand all of our behavior. Its a process of self-exploration and self-appreciation that may take years, but it can be done.

Your life is about to improve. You have to start enjoying life. You’re more than just a couple of hours away from a real-life date. You are more than just a couple of minutes from a real-life date. You have to begin enjoying life because you are more than just a couple of minutes away from a real-life date. You’re more than just a couple of minutes from a real-life date.
