This is just one of the many reasons why American cheese is not an appropriate keto choice. While they may be delicious, they are NOT a keto staple. In fact, with the exception of a few, they have zero health benefits.

When we do learn enough about keto to make informed decisions about whether to eat keto, we can make a better choice.

At the end of the day, this whole keto thing is about the food choices we make. As a person who has been vegan for a while, I am in no way a health expert, so I do not pretend to be able to make the best choices for my own body. I just feel that many of the benefits of keto are not worth the risk when you can just eat a pizza and have delicious keto pizza.

Yes, keto is a great tool for weight loss. But if you’re someone who’s trying to stick to a strict vegetarian diet, you might want to consider the “keto diet” option instead. Although they don’t have the same benefits as the vegan diet, the keto diet offers more of the same things you would get from sticking to a vegan diet. It’s also hard to lose weight on a keto diet.

If you are a fit and energetic person with a large amount of muscle and fat, however, then keto is a great fit for you.
