That’s probably what you thought you were eating, but just by watching a few videos I was able to figure out that the majority of the calories were from carbs, fat, and protein. For example, if you are eating a salad and a quarter cup of salad is 400 calories, that means you are eating a slice of pizza which is 400 calories, and that is the whole point of the salad.
Another example of the carbs being all from carbs, the calorie count is 400, so that means you are probably eating a burger which is 400 calories, and that is the whole point of the burger.
Although I love carbohydrates, they aren’t the only thing on that list. The “fats” are basically all from fat. Which means that if you are eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast, that means you are eating two tablespoons of margarine or butter which are 400 calories (and that’s one of the reasons we like making sandwiches).
Yes, your body is a muscle and if it doesnt use all of it’s muscle for doing something, it goes into a sugar coma and if it doesnt use all it’s fat for doing something, it goes into a sugar coma and that is why the calories in a burger are 400.
If you are eating a meal that is a whole meal, that means you are eating 400 calories and that is why we eat a lot of salad. No one can deny that we are all fat people. But we all have different definitions of what a meal is. If you are eating a burger, salad, and a glass of milk (which we call a meal), you are eating 400 calories, and your body is doing its job.
When we say we are fat people, we also mean we are doing it with a lot more energy than we are. This is the difference between being fat and being fat-lumpy. We are fat and we are fat-lumpy, but we all have different definitions of what a meal is.
I don’t know if the word “diet” is accurate for this article, but it definitely applies. If you spend a lot of time thinking about food, you are eating more than you should, which is not healthy. If you eat a lot, you are eating too much, which is not healthy.

There are two ways to become more aware of the way you eat. You can either be healthier or more aware. I think there is a third way but I dont know of it. Ive never been aware of it.

You can make a list of the foods you’d like to eat, and list all the healthy things on the list and then you can become more aware of what healthy foods are and how they help you. I have a list of healthy foods and then I can become more aware of what healthy foods are and how they help you and how they help you.
