I have always been big for my thighs and my hips even though I never had a weight problem until I went on a diet and lost the weight I had been carrying in my thighs. I have learned that it is better to gain a little bit of weight in my thighs so that I can get the most out of my hips. I have also learned that I am able to get the most out of my hips if I gain a few pounds in them.
I should tell you that losing weight in your thighs and hips can also mean a great deal to your waistline. When you gain weight in the thighs, you can then use this extra weight to trim your waist, which means you can get a better overall look, because you can go from a flat stomach to a flat stomach with the help of some extra muscle.
