It’s easy to spell a weight — it can’t be written on your shirt or on your backpack. This is a little bit of a joke. This is a joke that I have come to expect from everyone. One of the things that I love about Weight Watchers is that it allows you to get in the habit of weighing the same every day. You can skip a day and still get your weight in, and you can skip a week and still get it back. You can work out in the morning and then go to lunch, or you can work out late into the evening and then go to dinner. That is a powerful tool to have.
I have a hard time with this because I think it is a little bit lazy. I think that you have to make a conscious effort to weigh yourself every day. It doesn’t matter what you eat or what you drink, you have to take the time to weigh yourself. There’s no such thing as a lazy person.
That being said, weighing yourself every day is definitely a good idea. I think it is worth it, because it makes it easier to drop a few pounds. And that is important because in our society, it is generally more difficult to drop a few pounds than it is to keep them off.
