Does anyone else think that our habits are in a state of autopilot? I’m not sure. I have a tendency to think about things too much, and my moods tend to be too much. But I’m not sure that’s a problem.
Yes, we think that we’re on autopilot when we think about things too much. But that doesn’t mean that we forget what we’re thinking. I think the opposite is true. I tend to think about things far too much. I also tend to feel very emotional, so my mood is much less stable than it should be. But I’m not sure that I have any control over that.
The main reason is that you need to understand that the world at the moment is trying to get hold of a small piece of itself, and all of its problems. It’s not a bad thing for you to be on autopilot if you’re on autopilot because of the negative reaction. In particular, your mood will likely be down.
I think the general idea of being on autopilot is a very good one. It’s like being at the top of a mountain and wondering if you will ever reach the top. You can’t control what and how you do, but this is a good way to take a step back and look at things objectively.
