Gluten is the protein found in wheat and other grains. It’s also found in other foods that are not gluten-free. It is a food that is very common in the United States. It can be found in many processed foods such as canned tuna, chocolate (yes, there is even one in the grocery store!), and, of course, eggs.

It is also found in several other foods when processed. You can find it most easily in a refrigerator, and it’s in a good size, if not a good quality. We use it in a lot of our house and sometimes as a snack to eat outside in the morning, in a car or at work, or when we’re on the move. It’s a good food when you don’t have to. Gluten is often used as a substitute for wheat, so you could eat eggs with no ill effects and still eat gluten free. Just make sure to check the label.

The best way to look at gluten is to look at the label. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, look at the label of your food, and try to figure out at least some of the ingredients. As the saying goes, “there are only two things to look for: the food” and “they’re all there.
