We have become so accustomed to the idea that we must chew our food that we don’t realize we still need to chew our food out for it to be truly edible.
So here’s the thing. You can eat your food. Just don’t chew it. You can chew it, but you need to chew it out because the act of chewing it for the first time will cause all the saliva to be swallowed back into your esophagus. The act of chewing will also cause your saliva to be swallowed back into your esophagus.
But that only happens if you chew your food out. If you just chew it, then the process is just like it is in the body, you have a saliva build up, the bacteria in your mouth and throat start multiplying and then all of a sudden your esophagus starts constricting. So if you dont chew it out, then the process will just happen all the time and you might get some nasty stomach aches.
So, here’s a good reason not to chew your food. It may be good for keeping you healthy, but you dont want to be constantly constricted by it. You can try to chew things out, but you are likely to be constricted anyway. So don’t.
You may think it’s a good idea but to do so you will probably end up having a bad time so it’s best to avoid using it. And don’t forget your teeth.
