I find the motivation to raise my kids to become a doctor and get tested. I think that the fitness that goes with a family is a very healthy thing. I would rather have a little bit of my daughter learning how to run, walk, and swim.

I think the reason that we do things like exercise is because we want to do something that is healthy and that it is fun. It is not as hard to do things as it is to say that I am going to take the kids to the park. I think that in this day and age, with all of the media and information that we can get, it is important to keep things simple.
