But I think it should be possible to get gluten-free digestive enzymes by eating certain foods. Like a gluten-free pizza crust, for instance. But I think that the best solution is to avoid all gluten altogether. As long as you have a good healthy diet, everything else should be just fine.
I would say that gluten is not as bad as you think. Well, it depends on what you are talking about. While eating a gluten-free diet can certainly cause problems, you can still eat gluten-free foods. All you have to do is avoid the things that you eat that have gluten in them. But as long as you avoid all of the gluten in your diet, you should be fine.
