No, I mean not just creatine.
A lot of people think that there’s something special about the amino acid creatine that’s made it so that, when you eat it, your body converts it into a different amino acid that can help you lose weight. While there’s no real evidence to support this, there are a lot of people who say that creatine can help you lose weight.
People have a few problems with that theory. For one thing, I think most of the studies I’ve seen suggest that dieting doesn’t really work. I’m not saying it doesn’t work for some people, but for the vast majority of people it just doesn’t.
The problem is theres no real scientific evidence to support the effects of creatine on weight loss. While theres more scientific evidence that it can help you lose weight, theres a lot of evidence to the contrary. So I would tend to leave that out of my own personal opinion.
But I do think that if a person does take in creatine, that it can help them slim down. Im not saying that it will actually make you thin, but it can help you lose some weight. But if youre going to do it on a consistent basis, I would suggest keeping your creatine intake to about one gram per pound of bodyweight per day (or less).
So if you are eating a meal at a restaurant that includes something high in fats, like a steak, then you should definitely avoid it. I don’t think it’s a good idea to just add whatever high fat, high calorie, high carb, high sugar, high salt thing is on the menu to your diet. But you should definitely eat less of it. It should make you feel full and the less you eat, the less you eat.
I’m not a big fan of supplements. I think they are really bad for you. I know for myself, I have found that I can lose about 10 pounds by taking a creatine supplement. Although I think you can do this without even taking a creatine.
Ive heard that creatine supplements make people gain weight. Ive also heard that creatine supplements can cause cramping, muscle soreness, cramping, headaches, and muscle cramping. The only way to know for sure if a supplement is safe is to test it out on a friend or a doctor.
Yes, creatine and it’s salts form the most common and most effective way to lose weight, so creatine has become a major ingredient in supplements and weight loss products. But creatine is also a powerful muscle building fuel, and one of the main reasons that we see people lose weight is because of this. We’ve all seen people that feel really tired and sluggish that don’t have enough of the stuff to keep them going.
As the video says creatine has been shown to help keep you upright for an extended period of time, and to help you keep your weight down. I dont know if youre going to be surprised by this, but creatine-boosting supplements can help keep you up.
