The truth is that for many people with type 2 diabetes, a low carb diet is a necessity. But, there are many dangers associated with the low-carb diet.

As it turns out, the ketogenic diet is not a great diet for type 2 diabetics. It’s a diet that requires a lot of monitoring and diet modification, so people with type 2 diabetes who want to lose weight may want to stick to a higher carb diet. But in the end, a low carb diet doesn’t actually help people with type 2 diabetes.

The ketogenic diet has been used for people with type 1 diabetes for years, and it has been shown to be very effective at helping people with type 2 diabetes lose weight. But as it turns out the ketogenic diet may be good for a very specific group of people, those with type 2 diabetes.

There are two types of ketones. The “ketone” is actually a breakdown of glucose. The second group of ketones are the “ketogenic” which are produced from the body’s limited ability to burn fat for energy. This is often the first sign of ketoacidosis in diabetics.

The ketogenic diet is being researched to help diabetics lose weight and get their blood sugars under control. In a single week, a 30-year-old woman with type 2 diabetics lost 14 pounds. When her weight was stable, her blood sugars are normal and her blood sugar to insulin ratio is normal. But when her ketones rise, then her body quickly switches to burning fat, and she loses all her weight.

The ketogenic diet is not a diet. It’s a way to get your blood sugars under control, and to do this, you must keep your blood sugar levels as low as possible to prevent ketoacidosis. Low carb diets are best for diabetics and the rest of us who have a limited ability to burn fat. Low carb diets are not for everyone.

The ketogenic diet is not for everyone. It is not even for the healthiest of people. It is not for people who want to live for longer than ten to fifteen years, or who suffer from diabetes. It is not for people who are pregnant or nursing or who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood glucose. It is not for people with low bone density or who have kidney disease.

So, yeah. For those of you who are looking to lose a significant amount of weight without starving yourself, you might want to avoid this diet. It’s not for everyone.

It is for the people who want to live for much longer than forty years, or who are pregnant or nursing or who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood glucose. It is not for people who are diabetic, have severe liver disease, are pregnant or nursing, or have chronic kidney disease.

While eating a low carb diet is not a cure for disease, it can reduce the risk of death and other serious illness. It is also a good diet for the people who are trying to lose weight, who are trying to achieve a healthier life, or those who are trying to lose weight and have to avoid carbs in order to be healthy.
