A keto diet is the most popular diet to follow today, and it’s not because of its nutritional benefits. In fact, it is one of the easiest and most effective ways to lose weight and achieve a healthy body.

It’s a bit more complicated though, as Arkane’s team has begun a new diet for keto-eating. It contains a number of foods that are very similar to what an American diet would be like, including fish, nuts, and seeds. It doesn’t help that Ive been eating rice, quinoa, and other grains lately (and even some bread in the past few days) so I have to stay on it for a bit longer. My doctor recently told me that I have to go on a strict low carb diet for at least a month or two for my kidneys to be able to handle the stress, but I’m sooooooo glad they said that because it is absolutely true.
