I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes back in 2013 and, for some reason, have been on Accutane for the past two years. I feel better than I have in years with more energy, better sleep patterns, and more confidence that I can manage my diabetes. I use a gluten-free vegan diet, and I don’t have a sweet tooth. It was time to start thinking about how I was eating and how I wanted to make changes.

I think that Ive gotten better at figuring out my own food tastes, but I still end up eating a lot of sweets on a daily basis. I think that if I could figure out a way to eliminate my sweet tooth I would be much more productive and less prone to overeating.

The simple answer is to change your habit to a more healthy one. People who regularly eat a lot of sugar, even just a few bites a day, gain weight quickly, and can be at risk for diabetes and other serious health problems. People who eat a lot fewer sugar, such as a handful of fruit or a piece of fruit or a small piece of wholewheat bread, are more likely to keep their weight off.

The easiest way to reduce your sugar intake is to cut out sugary foods. Even if you don’t have diabetes (most of us don’t) it’s a good idea to cut back on other processed foods in order to avoid gaining more weight. The problem is that many people are just plain bad about taking the time to read labels and to make sure their grocery store has the ingredients exactly as stated.

When I was on accutane, I never read labels. I just assumed that the ingredient was right, and that if I needed it for something that I was going to use it. Now that I’m back to the way it was, I’m much less inclined to trust labels. Instead of asking for my doctor’s prescription I’m asking for my local grocer’s.

Although it may seem counterintuitive, it makes sense when you think about it. When you know that your food is what you want and the ingredients you need, it’s easier to remember what you like and what you don’t like. I don’t like some of the food on your grocery list and I’m sure I don’t like a lot of the ingredients on mine.

This is why I love Accutane. It makes it a lot easier to remember what we like and what we dont. Im not going to use it, but Im always glad I can at least try it and have those little conversations with my daughter about what she wants to eat.

Accutane is one of those things that seems so silly to say we should be eating for the rest of our lives… but so true. Like everyone else, I don’t know what Accutane is, but I’ve seen all the different ingredients listed on the label. Its a combination of two popular drugs that are also popular in some other parts of the world: Coumadin and Lipitor.

I usually feel like I just eat it and forget about it. I feel much more comfortable eating things like crackers, pasta, or whatever. It’s like my whole family is already eating it so I don’t have to think about it. It’s like if you eat it for breakfast and you can forget about it then everything will be fine.

I’ve tried it a few times and Ive never felt better. One time I had to have the pill just before I had a meeting and I had to have it within an hour of meeting. I was getting ready for a meeting and I just had to eat breakfast before I left and after I got back from the meeting. That was a bit of a deal breaker for me but I did it.
