It’s the same when we have a new habit, a new feeling, or a new memory. The subconscious mind is able to create new habits because it has no trouble adjusting. The subconscious mind has a hard time adjusting to a new habit, and it often makes the most difficulty for us to understand and accept a new feeling, a new memory, or a new habit.
